Under Polish law, persons between the ages of 13 and 18 are considered to be minors. Minors have limited legal capacity and are subject to the supervision of their parents. The Act of 26 October , Rules of Procedure for Minors, considers persons older than 13 and younger than 17 who commit a crime to be minors.
